Website terms of use

Terms for free use of the VERTIVO information website, catalogue and enquiry drafting tools.

1. Service provider

The service provider is VERTIVO sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Grunwaldzka 56 lok. 113, 80-241 Gdańsk. Branch office: ul. Paderewskiego 6 lok. 14, 83-200 Starogard Gdański. NIP: 9571192084, REGON: 542565159, KRS: 0001190784. Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Contact: biuro@vertivo.com.pl, +48 455 511 174. “Website” means the VERTIVO information service currently available at vertivo.com.pl. “User” means a person using the website.

2. Scope of services

We provide free information about VERTIVO MENTOR, CRAFT, STUDIO and SCRIPT COLLECTIVE, projects, artists, publications and news. The website offers filters, publication search, expandable publication details and tools for preparing enquiry drafts locally.

This website has no shopping cart, checkout or payment processing. We do not create VERTIVO customer accounts or publish user comments. Access to the current private version may require authentication with the hosting operator under its terms.

3. Using and ending the service

These terms are available free of charge before you use the website’s features. You can download them as text or save and print them from your browser. Starting to use a feature constitutes an agreement to provide it free of charge for the duration of use.

You may stop using the service at any time by closing the page. This incurs no fees or obligation to purchase. Closing the page does not withdraw an email already sent or a separately concluded agreement.

4. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. Filters, the mobile menu and draft preparation require JavaScript. Clipboard copying depends on browser permissions; if unavailable, you can select and copy the text manually.

To send an email, you need your own email account or application. You bear the usual connection costs under your agreement with your provider.

5. Forms and contact

The prepare enquiry button creates text locally. It does not send a message, reserve a time or place an order. To get in touch, send the prepared text from your email account. A file selected in the form is not uploaded; attach it yourself to the email if you wish to share it.

Terms for classes, production, artistic and publishing collaboration, pricing and timing are agreed separately. An enquiry does not commit you to a paid agreement.

6. Publications and purchases

The catalogue is for presentation. Purchase links lead to the VERTIVO Platform or a specific seller; available channels may vary by title. Pricing, availability, delivery, complaints and withdrawal rights are described at the place of purchase and in the applicable contract terms.

These terms do not replace shop terms or an agreement for a course, book or service. They do not limit consumer rights against VERTIVO where VERTIVO is a party to that agreement.

7. Content and copyright

Logos, text, graphics, photographs, music, publications and other materials may be protected by rights belonging to VERTIVO or third parties. Using the website does not transfer those rights. You may use materials within the limits of the law, including permitted use; use beyond those limits requires appropriate authorisation.

Visualisations labelled as concepts show a design direction, rather than documenting completed work. Projects, profiles and the catalogue may be updated progressively. Before deciding to collaborate, confirm current terms with the relevant division.

Sending a project or work with an enquiry does not transfer copyright or grant permission for public use.

8. Security rules

You must not provide unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, send spam, introduce malware, disrupt the website or bypass access controls. Share only data and materials you are entitled to use.

Keep your browser updated and check the website address before providing data. If you suspect an error or abuse, contact the VERTIVO office.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website working properly. Maintenance, updates or failures may temporarily limit access. We address reported issues according to their nature.

The parties’ liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit the statutory rights of consumers and others entitled to relevant protection.

10. Website complaints

Report problems with website features to biuro@vertivo.com.pl or in writing to our registered office. Describe the problem, provide the page URL, approximate time and a way for us to reply. A screenshot or browser details may help diagnosis but are not required for a complaint to be considered.

We will respond to a website complaint within 14 days of receipt, by email or in writing as appropriate to your contact method. This procedure does not exclude other remedies provided by law. Complaints about purchases or separate services are handled under the applicable agreement and law.

11. Privacy and final provisions

Data processing is described in the privacy policy, and browser technologies in the cookie policy. Both documents are available in the footer.

These terms may be updated following changes to website features, legal requirements, security or provider details. Each version receives an effective date. Changes are not retroactive and do not alter separate paid agreements. Users may stop using the website at any time.

Polish law applies, subject to mandatory protections for the user. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law, without requiring users to submit to the court at VERTIVO’s registered office.

The scope of these terms takes account of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
