Cookie policy — VERTIVO Effective 11 September 2026 · Version 1.0 1. Scope This document applies to the VERTIVO website at vertivo.com.pl, operated by VERTIVO sp. z o.o., ul. Grunwaldzka 56 lok. 113, 80-241 Gdańsk, NIP 9571192084, KRS 0001190784. Contact: biuro@vertivo.com.pl (mailto:biuro@vertivo.com.pl). This document does not cover cookies set after you visit the VERTIVO Platform or other external services. 2. Cookies and similar technologies Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser by a website or its operator. They may be used to maintain a session, protect access, remember a choice or analyse visits. They may expire at the end of a session or remain for a defined period. localStorage, sessionStorage, file caching and the clipboard are separate technologies. Downloading an image or font does not necessarily set a cookie. 3. Current VERTIVO configuration Cookies set by VERTIVO code: none are used. Analytics and advertising: no statistical, advertising or remarketing cookies or tracking pixels have been implemented. Filters and search: selections are held in the current page’s memory; the code does not save them in localStorage or sessionStorage. Forms: the draft stays in your browser; the copy button writes it to the clipboard at your request. Social media, music and maps: these are provided as links; their content and scripts are not embedded in this website. Your browser settings may independently cache resources, autofill fields or restore a previous session. Language preference: Your manual choice of PL or EN is saved in localStorage under vertivo-language until you change it or clear site data. We do not store form data there. The page URL determines the displayed language; visiting the home page without /en/ still opens Polish. 4. Hosting and private access The website uses Sites/OpenAI. Its hosting and sign-in layers may use session, access-control and abuse-prevention mechanisms. These are managed by the platform operator, outside VERTIVO scripts. Information about this service is available in the OpenAI privacy policy (https://openai.com/policies/eu-privacy-policy/). The information above is not a complete list of cookies used by the sign-in platform. Their actual names, domains and expiry periods can be checked in your browser’s site-data settings or developer tools during your session. Deleting session data may sign you out or remove access to the private version. 5. Fonts and external links Google Fonts are downloaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This establishes a connection to Google; data processing is described in the Google privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=pl). Fonts are not used as a VERTIVO analytics tool on this website. Following a link to a shop, map or social profile takes you to another service. Its operator may use its own cookies and consent settings. 6. Consent and settings Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law requires prior information and consent for storing or accessing information on a device, with exceptions for transmission and services requested by the user. Scrolling a page does not constitute consent to advertising cookies. Legal basis — Polish Electronic Communications Law (https://eli.gov.pl/eli/DU/2024/1221/ogl). The website does not provide an analytics or advertising consent panel because these tools have not been implemented. If we introduce them, we will provide a choice, including the ability to decline and withdraw consent, before activation. The platform operator’s sign-in layer has separate rules. Your browser’s privacy settings let you inspect and delete site data, block cookies or restrict third-party cookies. Restrictions may affect features that require a session. Private browsing does not hide your IP address from the server. 7. Contact and updates Send questions to biuro@vertivo.com.pl. Information about the data controller, your rights and how correspondence is processed is set out in the privacy policy (/en/privacy-policy/). We update this cookie policy when the website’s technical configuration changes; its effective date appears at the beginning.
